Terms Of Use

1. These graphics and layouts are MINE you are just using them, so credit me.
2. Credit should be in the form of a link back to my site on the page you are displaying the graphic, on a credit’s page, or on the main page, somewhere easily accessible.
3. Yes you must tag the tagboard (Or if you prefer e-mail me) saying you have taken a layout or graphic and leave a link or an e-mail address. It’s simple courtesy. I like to check out the sites that are using my work. And also you might get more visitors to your page.
4. Do not alter the layout coding or edit the images in ANY WAY. You can e-mail me and ask if you are allowed to, but don’t expect an automatic yes. (You may add text to the button and header graphics but only txt)
5. I am NOT doing requests at the moment, unless you’re a friend.
6. I do not offer specific assistance with setting up the layouts on your page. I may take pity on you and help you but, mostly you are on your own. Check the F.A.Q. if you have a problem, or leave a message on the tag boards. Someone else might help you.
7. You site must be related to newsies in some way.
8. If you do not credit me and I find a graphic that is mine on your site, you will go on the blacklist, and also just in general for shame. FOR SHAME
